Welcome to my world...
a place where imagination meets talent and results in a one-of-a-kind work of art. I have been an artist my whole life, one of those lucky souls that God gave a healthy dose of talent to. I love to take photographs and my favorite subject is the fascinating mushroom surrounded by lichens and mosses. Such a wonderful little fairyland! I decided to capture it in a still life sculpture.
I make my mushrooms out of air dry clay and surround them with both natural and artificial elements to create the perfect setting on a base of driftwood, board, old tin can, and anything else that suits my fancy.
